Kinetic City Super Crew Radio Show

The Kinetic City Super Crew needs your kids' help to save their virtual world of Vearth from the science-distorting compurter virus, Deep Delete!

The kids in your program will work together to perform engaging and educational science activities, and then download their data to the Super Crew (Keisha, Curtis, Megan and Max) to help repair their world. Then, your kids will go on an exciting Mission To Vearth adventure, earning Kinetic City Power Points as they use their knowledge to battle Deep Delete.

The Kinetic City after school program provides kids in grades 3 through 5 a fun, entertaining way to learn standards-based science. It is the ideal combination of technology and hands-on collaboration. Each Kinetic City Club accommodates up to 30 children who will:

• Participate in 100 fun, standards-based science activities in five different ways:

• Interactive science games
• Art projects
• Physical activities

• View the latest animated episode of Kinetic City: Mission to Vearth on the web site and prepare themselves to assist the Super Crew

• Record the results of their activities and track their progress like real scientists in their own personal Kinetic City Case Journals

• Test their knowledge and skill in exciting Mission to Vearth web games, battling Deep Delete viruses and earning Power Points based on how much they've learned

• Build their own "personalized" Club web site, where they can report their Club activities.

• Participate in mission-specific special events like Live Chats with renowned scientists

• Browse through a teacher-tested, kid-friendly compendium of on-line science resources
